The Transport Cost Is Not Zero, Is It?

The relevance of this, i think, has greatly grown for softwer engineers. And it's not exactly transport costs that you're seeing, but bandwiter capacity costs. So within a fairly broad range, the transport cost its not zero, but its usage insensitive. Now, as your traffic builds up, then there're going to be times when you have to go to higher tiers of bandwit.
