When I'm Starting a Film I'll Watch the Dailies
When you're starting a film I watch all the dailies and I take really careful notes. What I'm looking for first and foremost is performance but also architecture of how I'm telling that story. Once I pick the performance I like I like to in a way sort of like the shape of a whole sink okay let me think about this then I'll start the scene on a two shot here.
