CNN's John Sutter talks with Chris Matty, a former assistant US attorney. Matty won the case against Alex Jones and info wars representing surviving family members of Sandy Hook. He says that we've had defamation cases going back before the Constitution was even signed because our founders recognized that lies deserve no protection in a democracy. Matthew: I think what you're going to be seeing are more and more cases being brought against podcasters, online outlets that really specialize in promoting disinformation.
