The Farm Bill and the Sugar Industry

The farm bill, of course, began the sugar program part of it. The Cato Institute calls it a handy code and cartel at this point. We're not talking about a really diverse group of companies. We're talking about it very small number who get billions of dollars of corporate welfare.
