The amount you can change is basically unlimited it only comes down to exposure yeah with an athlete we have a limited exposure because fatigue sets in injury overuse. given enough exposure which is intensity and time you basically have unlimited plasticity but just like strength training or your your skills it's an asymptote right so when you're terrible you get really good really quickright but the better you get the slower your increase same thing with fiber type.
