How to Build a Community of Friendships in the Church

When you have processes like that where people are suffering together, I don't know if there is any team element of picking up the grapes. You can kind of find a sense of connection that might mirror what you had inside the walls of a church. The problem with that though is sometimes you just circle around the trauma and the relationship doesn't grow much further than that.You kind of just get mired in kind of an identity that's defined as being wounded or hurt by the church.
