In practice we are never able to measure the initial positions and velocities perfectly that's both classically and in the quantum realm classically there is no smallest amount of anything at all so you can never get perfect precision. There might very well be something called the plank time plank length which people make a big deal about i've talked about in top cars before but that is more about what is the smallest unit of time and space that you can measure  that is governed by general relativity. We don't even have an expectation that space time should be quantized although many particle physicists seem to think that this has to be the case it could be another theory altogether with some sort of quantum element
