Mortgage loan officers need mentors to grow and succeed. How do you find a mentor? Talk to them, brother. It's the easiest thing in the world to do. Every book I read, I reach out to the author. About 10% of the time, they'd welcome a meeting face-to-face for a coffee or lunch. And about 30, 40 per cent of the time they'd allow me to jump on a phone with them.
