The Average Throne of the Kings of the North Was 33 Years
Tribes of Israel didn't like all the wealth being concentrated down here. So they developed their own temples, two kind of holy shrines - one at Beth El and one at Samaria. But if you read the history in the book of Kings of the northern part of the people of God they had very short reigns. Many of them were assassinated, there were takeovers, coos,. a very unstable government in the north. And it's a sad history. In the south they had more stable government and the average reign of the kings of the south was 33 years. That make any sense to you? All right. Now let's try and paint a social picture of the north
