More staff cuts are being made than pay cuts at the top, he says. A lot of these layoffs at tech companies, DEI, is the first thing that got cut because they haven't been there long enough to have any real seniority. That part of it creates a huge blind spot for marginalized issues and people like Don Lemon or Tucker Carlson who were fired.
