Chinese policymakers are keenly aware of the reaction military civil fusion has produced and it's growing in for me. As a result we have seen less explicit discussion of it in official policies. The 14th five year plan didn't emphasize military civil fusion directly but did talk about military civil scientific collaboration and sharing of resources so yes we'll never know or clearly it's a very sophisticated obfuscation therebut I think it's clear that this military civil fusion isn't going anywhere to be fair We've agree with you more so Chinese policymakers though they are well aware of the way that policies like this are landing on American years right?
