A team environment is the optimum environment for me at least with like, I can think I'm thinking about my work in particular. When I have an environment where I can bounce ideas off of it really I meant my best. The times that I have strategically intentionally withdrawn for reasons, often of power because I come with a title and thinking about the workplace to allow for the free flow of ideas For people to contribute their stuff. Right. So what is your dominant attachment style and those context matter. We'll talk about that in a little bit about the with the stances when we get to that third question about how do we grow.
