How to Refuel a Reactor

There's a refueling every 18 months. The fuel is shuffled around in the reactor core. It will stay there to cool down for five to 10 years or until, but yet these things brimming full and we want to take them out. After they spend the appropriate time cooling down in a cooling pond, they'll go to a dry cast storage on site.
