This could look very much like a bro split with higher frequency on the body parts that I'm working on Specifically so a few arms workouts per week a few shoulder workouts per week You might combine those into something that looks a little bit more like an upper body but not really because it's more just like an arms and shoulders workout do a legs day or a lower body day and a pole day.
