The Trial of Tony Hisao
Tony Hisao was the commander of the sixth division, which was the division responsible for the majority of Cincinnati. 80 people testified against him; his indictment was a length of a book turning hundreds of pages covering stabbings, burnings, drownings, strangulations, rapes and general destruction. On March 7, 1947, Tony Hisao was found guilty, and most of the city turned up to watch him be executed on April 26th. Lines of spectators flanked the road in sidewalk as armed guards drove him through the city to be executed by firing squad.
