Why Are So Many Companies and Leaders Taking This Position of Activism?

CNN's John Sutter: Why are so many companies and leaders actually taking this position of activism? "I think there's a few different reasons, right? What do you guys think?" He says CEOs felt some pressure to be able to say something or take a stand about something. But then the question becomes, but if it's not the majority of employees, shareholders, employee, why would they do that?
