There's a book that I love called When the Impossible Happens by Stan Groff. And it's just a really tight coupling between brain and body, what we believe in possible and what actually is possible. It's known scientifically as the Vanister effect. Something makes the impossible whole lot more possible, right? The baseline for what is what is normal is skiing today. You can't even get in the door as a five year old without that track.
