I feel that the sense of responsibility of being able to provide a similar opportunity to all of our colleagues. That's one of the reasons why we keep the investment team as small as possible. The other thing you do is you have the chance of recruiting the best people that want to be future leaders. There will be many, many of these opportunities to get these talented young adults to have a journey that it'll be their own journey. It won't be mine.
