The Negative Perception of Screen Time
i think screen time is one of these things, and this has been various throughout history. We have to find ways to limit ourselves from indulging in that so we can lek do the other stuff. In reality, playing video games can be really fulfilling, fun and interesting. Reading a novel can be the same way. Watching television can be something that you indulge in in a really productive way which constructs instead of destructs. And brockley and spinachi are what kind of screen time you're using. That said, nick, i think if you feel like you need time away from screens, you probably do needTime away from screens. I disagree with almost everything you just said.
