Facial recognition technology was essential to identifying the c i a's person of interest. Facial recognition software is now so easi accessible that it's actually making it much harder to be a c ia agent in the field. All three of those technologies and those systems were developed in the 19 nineties, prior to 9 11. They were ready for use when that occurred.
