The Importance of Sleep

Sleep deprivation is so much more than being sleepy. It impacts everything and it impacts our physical health. The less we get done, actually, we don't do things well. We're just not at our peak. So I need to stress to people that sleeping is very productive. Our minds and bodies are at work,. repairing, regenerating, rejuvenating, everything you can imagine. There's all these things going on that really helps this function in the waking hours.
