Will the NGOs Be Able to Help the Smuggling Networks?
CBP is trying to do the parole process for 30,000 people a month. The new app will let migrants make their initial asylum claim at a port of entry instead of in between them. It's not unreasonable to think that the NGOs will be able to do it, but quite frankly, some of these smuggling networks are where they know on a daily basis where the CBP resources are.
