The Importance of Temporary Clipping in Stroke
RemiFetinil is not usually necessary during the maintenance phase of a case. It's probably, I think of it largely as an emergency drug, but I could see a use of it intraoperatively. There may be a role for deep hypothermia in the case of a rupture and a very long round of temporary clipping. But again, this is largely unproven.
