I don't think she should be approached as the PM, he says. She has a decision to make and it's not in her best interests for people to write up stories that say there seems to be doubt in her mind. The Chancellor is giving himself a series of pretty bungled or poor performances... I thought hit the moment yesterday where he said there's been a little bit of turbulence off the back of what my intervention, my mini budget. It was extraordinarily ill advised thing to say.
