The Power of Choicelessness
The idea of contraction versus expansion and freedom seems to be a major theme here. It's not the same as being one-pointed or determined or purposeful, which some people think it is. I really do mean a sense of being trapped. We may blame ourselves mercilessly for the sheer appearance of an emotion like fear, but there is room to move in terms of how we relate to it.
