I think that the political football of this case is to um attack or force clarification on the rights of an unborn child. I actually do think that you should probably have pregnant women treated as if there is a second person who is receiving the justice slash punishment because in a meaningful way that is happeningYeah so yeah that's where I landed on that nowShould she get out of jail? I don't necessarily think that should be the case Because with all of the abortion rights you're weighing the uh the rights of the individual against the state's prerogative and keeping someone who just killed someone and not running around free is important even.
