How did this happen in a country that doesn't have shooting deaths or guns? I think what happened reflects sort of the sense of safety and security in japan. Obves security detail was sort of nowhere to seen. There's a gap of probably a couple of seconds before the second one goes off. And all that just reflects, you know, that this was unthinkable, truly unthinkable.
