The Emotional Component of Self Talk

Movement is like priming our brain to do get into that next task. It allows it to come into a whole brain state. Even just the very bottom when you hold the ear lope, you're also touching the vaguest nerve. There's one more part to our programm, and that is the emotional component. We have so much trouble with our own emotional regulation. And then combining that with the emotional regulation, we're supposed to be having some sort of self talk that we'd hope would be productive. But for me, it's been so many years of negative self talk ind being like, know, if that worked, i would have noticed by now, right?
