Lois McMaster Boujold is author of the long running for Kozigan Saga, a far future adventure series about a military officer from Bariar named Miles. The latest book in the series, Captain for Patrons Alliance, focuses on Miles' handsome cousin Ivan and is the first book by Boujold to make the New York Times bestseller list.
