The Long Game for China and the US on State Secrets

Micron was a response by the Chinese for policies by the Congress that would protect or prevent the export of certain high technology chips to China. The broader question obviously is what's the end game for all this? And we don't know how far it's going to go. My personal feeling is that Xi Jinping and the leadership are going to find it difficult to cut themselves off from Western technology.
