Dr. Burns: I've never gotten tired of doing therapy because when you see a patient change before your very eyes and profound and total way, it's just the most mind-boggling experience in this field. If you went into psychotherapy for riches, then you're kind of psychotic because it's a tough field. There's tons of therapists with managed care. It's hard to make a decent living at it. But the riches we get that maybe a Bill Gates wouldn't have these riches to see people's innermost lives is fantastic.
