The Importance of Slowing Down

I realized that if years ago, when I really first started walking with the Lord, it was about, well, I was in college. And I didn't want to face what was going on internally. As a nation, we're so busy and so fast paced that a lot of us, I don't think slow down enough to hear God's voice. We're like physically sick because of it.
