What's the Non Consensual Disclosure of the Facts?
Facebook has this real names policy that punishes people who use the service to communicate with others without disclosing an identity. We have grifters and criminals using it in lots of ways so you know you can see this in the phenomenon of ratting their remote access trojans. Shoshana Zuboff calls surveillance capitalism and the use of surveillance to not manipulate you into doing things that you wouldn't otherwise do but to put the thumb on the scales for say one vendor.
