Building a Better Environment for Your Employees
I recognize that not everyone feels as comfortable speaking up. I think the best way to do that is if you are in the camp of someone who is openly voicing your opinion, you feel comfortable and confident. Just pause and see around the room and see if there's somebody that hasn't spoken at the entire meeting or hasn't said something. You can create that form or place for them to either bring them separately and say, hey, you know, just wanted to make sure that you felt aligned with what we talked about. And so really creating that space.
