i get attached to things, and not necessarily deals, but getting attached to what other people think. One thing that i have found helps me is to go lift weights. If my emotional state's not in the right place, then motion gets me out of that. When i'm when i feel good about where i am physically, i feel a lot better about where i are mentally. I bet you see the piece of advice bill's going to give you to help your attachment emotional state,. Would be to go do kettle bell swings, or do some 20, 30, forty, 80 pound curls in your case.
