Common Mistakes People Make When Hiring

We are innately biased. It's a core human condition and most of those biases are unconscious. The easiest way for us to shortcut to a decision is to reference something that we're familiar with. We all tend to gravitate towards and feel more comfortable with the things that we know. So, if you haven't seen something before, we're just not used to trusting it. And so, the ability of something like AI to be able to canvas potential in a way that we humans can't see it is pretty exciting.
