Sleep and Melatonin - What's Your Research Saying?

The only people that are not getting an improvement on sleep is the people with the genetic variant where GABA is still military, which seems to be about 10% of people. Everyone else is reporting much better sleep either subjectively or with their ordering scores. We're seeing some consistent improvements in sleep latency.
