You're typically not going to get the best coaches and menders want mentors. The key is to find as specialized as possible, rather than generalize. Some of you are so eager about finding the best mentor too early. Even if you got him or her, you would not be able to get the most tautib first. If they sense all of a sudden that you're no longer coachable, learning, implementing, they give you a challenge and then move on.
