The British Country Houses - 1700s and 1800s.
Through the 1700s and early 1800s, that was the peak of the British country house. It's hard to feel sorry for them comparatively to the people that are working for them because they're like doing what, 18-hour shifts. Yeah. Ridiculously poor low wages, but still,. yeah, no, that's hard to swallow the idea that you're forced into this huge responsibility. They didn't have freedoms that other people had.
