I spent time, we'll get to this, I spent time with Mike Kuns and some other researchers in on the North Slope of the Brooks Range. We were serving the ground for projectile points. And there was a bit of interest then in looking for evidence, remains interest, but at the time of looking for evidence of who possibly the first Americans had crossed the Beringa Land Bridge. On June 24, holy shit. These guys would go in with a broom and a dustpan to sweep. And they would sweep up a legit dustpan of mosquitoes and throw them out the door. It sounds like a beautiful place.
