Trump Impeached for Inciting an Insurrection

Former FBI General Counsel Andrew Weisman says he's convinced the Justice Department will charge former President Trump. The January 6th investigators point out in their introduction to their report that they released today that as rare as this is as a criminal charge, Trump was already impeached for inciting an insurrection. That's what he was impeached for and a bipartisan majority, 57 senators voted to convict him on that charge.
