What Should We Do About It?

I do believe that we in the West have a responsibility, if we've got a certain value set. We made it Iraq and overthrew Saddam Hussein. And interestingly, I think the Russians had a quite different point of view about that. If it's an order and stability that are brought about through oppression, that's one thing, but it's worth it. It's better than chaos. The concept of Radio Free Europe was enormously effective during the Cold War. But there's other software ways to send messaging.
