Microsoft Is in the Middle of an Appeal of a CMA Decision

The FTC filed a preliminary injunction against the Microsoft-Activision deal in California. The move was surprising because it looks like the companies were considering closing over the UK, says John Defterios. If they don't win this preliminary injunction, I think at that point is when they really have to reevaluate, defterios says.
