Are Community Run Non Profit Federations a Good Fit for Bitcoin?
Running a federation is the single most risky part of the whole system. It's very hard to get enough people to run many federations completely out of altruism. I think that, i think what we will see in practice in a successful post federment world is smaller, non profit style, more regional ones.
