How to Prevent Prostate Hardening

I teach a bit about semen and sperm because guys don't necessarily know that they might not taste good. I'm just trying to give guys what I wish I would have had when I was 13, so 30 or something like that. And that's so, and I had no idea that your prostate could harden. Holy shit. How do you prevent that? Like, how do you take care of your prostate? Okay. Now, if you go to a urologist who's trained in traditional allopathic medicine, he might say something different. So it depends on your school of training. But from my understanding, use it or you'll lose it.
