Is There a Third Legitimation Story Between Liberalism and Nationalism?

The difficulty for capitalism is that when you're in between swings, you have conflicting legitimation stories. And that could be a moment when a third legitimation story between liberalism and nationalism can intervene. The idea of fettering is an idea of contradiction between the relations and the forces.
