"You are entering that market place with the understanding that you're standing on the same ground as everyone else," he says. "And i if a listing happens to happen, it's going to happen kind of at random, and nobody is more advantage than anyone else there." 'I could definitely tell that story the same way we tell that story about securities,' Jack Dorfman adds. "'We have a duty to be fair' would be an incredible argument for someone who doesn't know what they're talking about.' He continues: 'It'd be interesting to see them make that argument, and then that would be really, really incredible too.'"
