How to Control Oxygen in Your Brewing Process

Good oxygen control starts earlier in the process than that. We're using derated water and I know everybody doesn't have that but you actually can if you just have an extra bright tank sitting around. If a little bit of paracetic acid gets into your tank you've oxidized that oh you're doing your tank yeah and so I think there are ways to minimize or control oxygen through the brewing process.
