The Disadvantages of Reopening the LOD
The line of duty report from Charles stated that he had not drank any alcohol before the crash. In an interview, he said he couldn't remember if he drank or not. The hospital tested his blood and there was no alcohol in his system. So again, memory issues. Couldn't remember, did he have a drink? Did he not? It turns out he hadn't. And it says he was wearing his seatbelt during the crash. But this contradicts the information from the previous interview where apparently he wasn't.
