Is It Possible to Have a Conversation With Engineers?

Engineers may be free and comfortable having a nont a conversation. Probmas, maybe don't come from a technical backgrond in the first place. Have them explain things they love to do on their white board. Just keep asking questions, and you will eventually understand it. You don't have to be great at it; just curious about it....
